Worum es geht

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für die Grovinn-App für iOS und Android während der Testphase. Grovinn ist ein Angebot der ZenByte GmbH. Alle Angaben zum Anbieter stehen im Impressum. Mit dem Erstellen eines Kontos akzeptierst du diese Bedingungen.

Mindestalter

Du musst mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein, um ein Konto zu erstellen.

Die Testphase

Grovinn ist während der Testphase kostenlos. Die App ist eine Testversion. Sie kann Fehler enthalten und zeitweise nicht erreichbar sein, und Funktionen können sich ändern oder wegfallen.

Die Testphase endet an dem Datum, das wir dir mit der Einladung mitteilen. Wir können sie verlängern, oder früher beenden, wenn wir den Betrieb nicht fortführen können. Beides erfährst du per E-Mail.

Deine Inhalte

Fotos, Notizen und andere Inhalte, die du in der App erstellst, bleiben deine. Du erlaubst uns, sie zu speichern und zu verarbeiten, soweit Grovinn das für den Betrieb braucht: um sie den Mitgliedern deines Zuhauses zu zeigen und um Pflanzen auf Fotos zu erkennen.

Verlässt du ein Zuhause, bleiben seine Pflanzen, Fotos und Notizen dort.

Was nicht erlaubt ist

• rechtswidrige Inhalte
• Inhalte, die Rechte anderer verletzen, etwa Fotos von Personen ohne deren Einverständnis oder fremde Bilder
• andere Mitglieder beleidigen oder belästigen
• Grovinn missbrauchen, etwa durch Angriffe, automatisierte Zugriffe oder Schadsoftware

Meldungen und Sperren

Unpassende Inhalte meldest du direkt in der App oder an hello@grovinn.com. Gemeldete oder rechtswidrige Inhalte können wir sofort entfernen. Bei schweren oder wiederholten Verstössen können wir ein Konto sperren oder löschen. Wenn möglich, schreiben wir der betroffenen Person per E-Mail, was wir getan haben und warum.

Pflegetipps und Pflanzenerkennung

Pflegetipps und Pflanzenerkennung entstehen automatisch. Es sind allgemeine Informationen, die auch falsch sein können, und sie ersetzen keine fachliche Beratung. Ob eine Pflanze giftig ist, kann Grovinn nicht verlässlich sagen: Leben Kinder oder Tiere bei dir, prüfe das bitte selbst.

Konto löschen und Änderungen

Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App löschen. Ändern wir diese Bedingungen, schreiben wir dir mindestens 30 Tage vorher per E-Mail. Bist du nicht einverstanden, kannst du dein Konto bis dahin löschen.

What this covers

These terms of use apply to the Grovinn app for iOS and Android during the beta. Grovinn is offered by ZenByte GmbH. All details about the provider are in the legal notice. By creating an account you accept these terms.

Minimum age

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

The beta

Grovinn is free during the beta. The app is a test version. It may contain errors and be unavailable at times, and features may change or be removed.

The beta ends on the date we tell you with your invitation. We may extend it, or end it earlier if we cannot continue running it. Either way, you will hear from us by email.

Your content

Photos, notes and other content you create in the app stay yours. You allow us to store and process them as far as Grovinn needs to run: to show them to the members of your home and to recognise plants in photos.

If you leave a home, its plants, photos and notes stay there.

What is not allowed

• illegal content
• content that violates other people's rights, such as photos of people without their consent or images that belong to someone else
• insulting or harassing other members
• misusing Grovinn, for example through attacks, automated access or malware

Reports and blocking

You can report inappropriate content directly in the app or to hello@grovinn.com. We may remove reported or illegal content right away. For serious or repeated violations we may block or delete an account. Where possible, we tell the person by email what we did and why.

Care tips and plant recognition

Care tips and plant recognition are generated automatically. They are general information that can be wrong, and they do not replace expert advice. Grovinn cannot reliably tell whether a plant is toxic: if children or pets live with you, please check that yourself.

Deleting your account and changes

You can delete your account in the app at any time. If we change these terms, we email you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before then.
